Disclaimer: The base charge of $150 is for the first and second attempts at service. If service requires more than two attempts, a service fee of $45 per attempt will be added, up to a maximum of six attempts. If the service cannot be made within six attempts, the file will be returned to the client as Unserviceable and will not be charged the additional service attempt fees. The $150 will be considered earned and will not be returned.
